- In a large bowl, season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the barbecue sauce over them. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir it into the remaining barbecue sauce. Let it cook on low for an additional 15-30 minutes.
- Slice the slider buns in half. Spoon a generous amount of pulled chicken onto the bottom half of each bun. Add coleslaw and pickles if desired, then place the top half of the buns on.
- Serve the sliders warm and enjoy!
