Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced apples, granulated sugar, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and salt. Toss until apples are well coated.
  • Transfer the apple mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  • Pour melted butter into the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
  • Evenly sprinkle the oat topping over the apple filling in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the apples are bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
