- Gather all your ingredients: cooked chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, blue cheese (if using), green onions, and dippers.
- Shred the cooked chicken if not already done. Set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese to the mixture. Stir until well combined. If using, add blue cheese now.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks. Enjoy!
