- Gather all your ingredients and measure them out.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil (or butter), apple cider vinegar, and warm water until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms, ensuring no lumps remain.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, slice the bread and enjoy!
