Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and measure them out.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil (or butter), apple cider vinegar, and warm water until smooth.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms, ensuring no lumps remain.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
