Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Bisquick The base of the recipe providing flour and leavening agents.
  • 1 pound Ground sausage Choose spicy or mild based on preference.

  • 1/2 cup Milk Optional for fluffier sausage balls.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients: Bisquick, ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk if using.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine Bisquick, ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk (if using). Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into balls, about 2-3 tablespoons each, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 23-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
