Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast Shredded or diced.
  • 4 slices Turkey bacon Cooked and crumbled.
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce Chopped.
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved.
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber Diced.
  • 1/4 cup Red onion Thinly sliced.
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing For dressing the salad.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion. Gently toss all the ingredients together.
  • Drizzle the ranch dressing over the salad mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss the salad again until everything is well coated with the dressing.
  • Transfer the salad to a serving platter or individual bowls. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
