Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast Shredded or diced.
  • 4 slices Turkey bacon Cooked and crumbled.
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce Chopped.
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved.
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber Diced.
  • 1/4 cup Red onion Thinly sliced.
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing For dressing the salad.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion. Gently toss all the ingredients together.
  2. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the salad mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss the salad again until everything is well coated with the dressing.
  3. Transfer the salad to a serving platter or individual bowls. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
