- If using thawed blueberries, mash slightly in a bowl. Fresh blueberries can be left whole or lightly mashed.
- In a jar or bowl, whisk together almond milk, softened cream cheese, vanilla, maple syrup, and sea salt until smooth.
- Stir in the oats, chia seeds, and blueberries. Mix well.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent chia clumps.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats again. Add your desired toppings and enjoy.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese and rolled oats for the best texture. Adjust sweetness to taste. Store up to 5 days and add crunchy toppings just before eating.
