- Boil 1 cup of water in a small saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon of dried culinary lavender. Let steep for about 15 minutes.
- Strain the lavender infusion through a fine mesh sieve and set aside to cool.
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of fresh blueberries with 1 cup of water. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the blueberries break down.
- Strain the blueberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve, pressing down to extract as much juice as possible.
- In a large pitcher, combine the blueberry juice, lavender infusion, and 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add 1 cup of granulated sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Pour in 4 cups of cold water and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh blueberries and lemon slices.
