Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh
  • 2 peaches ripe, sliced
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.25 cup sliced almonds toasted optional
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, blueberries, and peach slices.
  2. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and sliced almonds over the salad.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately, chilled if desired.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for natural sweetness. Toast almonds for extra flavor. Dress salad just before serving to keep greens crisp. Garnish with mint or edible flowers for presentation.
