Method
 

  1. Prepare the brioche bread by cutting it into thick slices, about one inch each.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Soak each slice of brioche in the egg mixture for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the soaked brioche slices.
  5. Cook each slice for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from skillet and place on a serving plate. Drizzle generously with maple syrup and garnish with fresh berries and powdered sugar if desired.
