Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients: brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, chocolate chips, and any optional add-ins.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until a soft dough forms.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and any optional add-ins you desire.
  • Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded portions of dough onto a prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, until the edges look set but the centers remain soft.
  • Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
