  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Can use rotisserie or leftover chicken.
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened to room temperature.
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing Adds tangy flavor.
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce Adjust to spice preference.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For gooey texture.
  • 0.5 cup blue cheese crumbles Optional for added flavor.
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions For garnish.
  • dippers (tortilla chips, celery sticks) For serving.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, and blue cheese crumbles if using. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer dip mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Let cool slightly before garnishing with green onions.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.

Notes

Buffalo Chicken Dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking.
