- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, and blue cheese crumbles if using. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer dip mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Let cool slightly before garnishing with green onions.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
