Parmesan Cream Sauce Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter For the sauce.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Creates the creamy base.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese For flavor and creaminess.
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Minced, for the sauce.

Method
 

  1. Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak cubes and sear for about 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In a separate saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat and whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the creamy Parmesan sauce over the cooked steak bites in the skillet and toss gently to coat. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
