  • 1 lb Sirloin steak Cut into bite-sized cubes.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For searing the steak.

  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced, for flavor.

Parmesan Cream Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter For the sauce.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Creates the creamy base.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese For flavor and creaminess.
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Minced, for the sauce.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning the sauce.
  • to taste Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak cubes and sear for about 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In a separate saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat and whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the creamy Parmesan sauce over the cooked steak bites in the skillet and toss gently to coat. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
