Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, sauté for about 5 minutes until soft.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • Add ground chicken, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked and golden.
  • Stir in Cajun seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
  • Toast the hamburger buns if desired. Spoon the Cajun chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each bun.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley, top with the other half of the bun, and serve.
