- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. In a bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Whisk until smooth and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the grilled chicken drizzled with Alabama white sauce and garnish with lemon wedges.
