- Rinse the peeled and deveined shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in the shredded Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a splash of milk.
- Cook the frozen fries according to package instructions until crispy. If making homemade fries, cut potatoes into strips and fry or bake until golden.
- Once fries are cooked, season them lightly with salt. On a large platter, arrange the fries in an even layer.
- Drizzle the creamy Alfredo sauce generously over the fries and top with the sautéed Cajun shrimp. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
