- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the cooked beef. Mix well and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese into the beef mixture until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Separate the biscuit dough into 8 individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center, fold the edges over, and pinch to seal tightly.
- Arrange the filled biscuits seam-side down on a greased baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
