Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breast Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil For marinating the chicken.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Adds acidity and flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey For a touch of sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Adds depth to the marinade.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika Provides a smoky flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Enhances overall flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper For seasoning.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper Optional, for heat.

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the chicken pieces on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the grilled nuggets from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them with your favorite dipping sauce or side.
