Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken Shredded, for filling.
  • 1 ripe Avocado Mashed, adds creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing For flavor and creaminess.
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce For crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Diced tomatoes Adds freshness.
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend.
  • 4 large Flour tortillas For wrapping the burritos.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning.
  • as needed Lime wedges For serving.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, and ranch dressing. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken and avocado mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  • Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, ensuring the filling is securely wrapped inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Slice the burritos in half if desired and serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
