Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and fold into the chicken mixture until all pieces are coated.
- Pour everything into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until biscuits are puffed, golden, and cooked through.
- Brush with melted butter if desired and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Cut each biscuit into quarters for even cooking. Do not pre-cook biscuits. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil. Let rest 5 minutes before serving to allow sauce to thicken. Check center with knife to ensure biscuits are fully cooked.
