- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- If making homemade Caesar dressing, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, add chopped romaine lettuce and pour Caesar dressing over it. Toss gently until the lettuce is evenly coated.
- Add sliced chicken on top of the dressed lettuce and toss gently to combine.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and croutons over the salad. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
