Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast Shredded or diced.

Wrap Ingredients

  • 4 large Tortillas or wraps For wrapping the salad.
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce Chopped.
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved.
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese For topping.

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt For a creamy dressing.
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise Adds creaminess.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice For tanginess.
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard Adds flavor.
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced.

Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the chicken by shredding or dicing it into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle the dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
  • Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken Caesar salad mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each wrap.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Slice the wraps in half diagonally for serving.
