Wrap Ingredients
  • 4 large Tortillas or wraps For wrapping the salad.
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce Chopped.
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved.
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese For topping.
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt For a creamy dressing.
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise Adds creaminess.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice For tanginess.
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard Adds flavor.
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced.

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by shredding or dicing it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle the dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
  4. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken Caesar salad mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each wrap.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Slice the wraps in half diagonally for serving.
