Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast Shredded, provides protein.
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce Chopped, adds crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing For flavor and creaminess.
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Adds a savory touch.
  • 4 large Flour tortillas Base for the wrap.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix gently until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of the tortilla. If desired, sprinkle croutons on top.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top, tucking in the sides as you go. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  4. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for a meal on the go.
