Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast Shredded, provides protein.
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce Chopped, adds crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing For flavor and creaminess.
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Adds a savory touch.
  • 4 large Flour tortillas Base for the wrap.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • optional Croutons For added crunch.

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix gently until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of the tortilla. If desired, sprinkle croutons on top.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top, tucking in the sides as you go. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for a meal on the go.
