Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cook quickly and stay juicy.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Enhances the chicken's natural flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For searing the chicken.
  • 1 cup Boursin cheese Creamy cheese with garlic and fine herbs.
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream Adds richness to the sauce.
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth Creates a flavorful base for the sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives, chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer, scraping up any bits from the bottom.
  • Add Boursin cheese and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over it. Heat through for a couple of minutes.
  • Transfer the chicken to a serving platter and garnish with chopped parsley and chives. Serve hot.
