- Wash the strawberries gently under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Hull the strawberries by removing the green tops.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted white chocolate, coating it well. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle your choice of sprinkles or crushed nuts over the chocolate-covered strawberries.
- Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow them to cool at room temperature or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
- Once set, arrange the strawberries on a serving platter and enjoy!
