Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Hulled and rinsed, choose ripe and juicy ones.
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips For coating the strawberries, can substitute with chocolate bars.
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil Helps to smooth out the chocolate for dipping.
  • to taste Sprinkles or crushed nuts For decoration, choose your favorite colors and textures.

Instructions
 

  • Wash the strawberries gently under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Hull the strawberries by removing the green tops.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
  • Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted white chocolate, coating it well. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  • Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle your choice of sprinkles or crushed nuts over the chocolate-covered strawberries.
  • Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow them to cool at room temperature or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  • Once set, arrange the strawberries on a serving platter and enjoy!
