Ingredients
  

Chocolate Ganache
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips For coating the strawberries.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Adds creaminess to the ganache.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances the flavor of the chocolate.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar Sweetens the ganache.
  • 1 cup strawberries Fresh, washed, and dried.
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows For topping.
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers For topping.
  • red and pink sprinkles For decoration.

Method
 

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it simmers. Do not let it boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar to the chocolate mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Dip each strawberry into the chocolate ganache, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and sprinkles on top.
  6. Place the decorated strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  7. Serve on a platter and enjoy with loved ones.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. Ensure strawberries are dry before dipping.
