Ingredients
  

  • 1 orange Ripe orange Slice into thin rounds for best flavor.
  • 1 lemon Fresh lemon Slice into thin rounds to enhance infusion.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves Rinse to remove dirt before use.
  • 4 cups Filtered or spring water Base of the infusion.
  • as needed cubes Ice cubes Optional, for serving.

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients: orange, lemon, mint leaves, and water.
  2. Slice the orange and lemon into thin rounds to release their juices.
  3. Rinse the fresh mint leaves under cold water to remove any dirt.
  4. In a large pitcher, combine the sliced orange, lemon, and rinsed mint leaves.
  5. Pour 4 cups of water over the fruits and mint, and stir gently to mix.
  6. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
  7. Serve the citrus water over ice cubes if desired, and enjoy your refreshing drink!
