  • 1 lb Fresh Green Beans Trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 10.5 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions Divided
  • Salt To taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the green beans by boiling them in salted water for about 5 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth, then gently stir in the cooked green beans and half of the crispy fried onions.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the green bean mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining crispy fried onions on top. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with family and friends!

Notes

This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking. Add crispy fried onions just before baking to maintain their crunch.
