  • 1 tablespoon Caramel sauce For drizzling on top and mixing in.

Method
 

  1. Brew your espresso or strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Pour your choice of milk into a tall glass, filling it about three-quarters full.
  3. Add the vanilla syrup at the bottom of the glass.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving a little room at the top.
  5. Slowly pour the cooled espresso over the ice and milk to create a layered effect.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and add whipped cream if desired.
