- Brew your espresso or strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
- Pour your choice of milk into a tall glass, filling it about three-quarters full.
- Add the vanilla syrup at the bottom of the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving a little room at the top.
- Slowly pour the cooled espresso over the ice and milk to create a layered effect.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and add whipped cream if desired.
