Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, ketchup, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano. Mix until just combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, brushing with the remaining glaze after 30 minutes.
  • Check the internal temperature; it should reach 160°F (70°C). Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
