Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, ketchup, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano. Mix until just combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, brushing with the remaining glaze after 30 minutes.
  6. Check the internal temperature; it should reach 160°F (70°C). Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
