- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, chopped green bell pepper, minced garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a loaf pan or on a lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and mustard to create the glaze. Set aside half for later use.
- Brush the meatloaf with the remaining glaze and place it in the oven.
- Bake for 1 hour, brushing with the remaining glaze halfway through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
