- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
