Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  • Chop the onion, bell pepper, and mince the garlic.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  • Stir in chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
  • Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve hot with desired toppings.

Notes

This chili is perfect for meal prep and can be made in advance. The flavors deepen after a day in the fridge.
