- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined and a thick batter forms.
- Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading each mound into a thin, even layer. Leave some space between each chip as they will spread slightly while baking.
