Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Bell peppers Choose vibrant colors like red, yellow, or green.
  • 1/2 lb Crab meat Drained and flaked for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 lb Cooked shrimp Chopped into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup Cooked rice Adds bulk and helps bind the filling.
  • 1/2 cup Cream cheese Softened for a creamy texture.
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Adds moisture and richness.
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning Enhances the flavors beautifully.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For a hint of savory goodness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika Adds color and a mild flavor.

  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese For a delicious, melty finish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Place them upright in a baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cooked rice, softened cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix in Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Stuff each bell pepper with the seafood mixture, packing it down gently.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each stuffed pepper. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the stuffed peppers cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
