CRANBERRY JUICE RECIPES

For Classic Cranberry Juice:
- 4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup sugar adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
For Cranberry Orange Juice:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
For Cranberry Apple Juice:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1/2 cup sugar adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
STEP 1: PREPARE THE CRANBERRIES

In a large pot, combine the cranberries and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and soften.
STEP 4: ADD FLAVOR
For the Classic Cranberry Juice, stir in the sugar and lemon juice until dissolved. For the Cranberry Orange Juice, mix in the orange juice, sugar, and lemon juice. For the Cranberry Apple Juice, combine the apple juice, sugar, and lemon juice. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
