Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Heavy cream Provides the creamy consistency.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter Adds richness and depth of flavor.
  • 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese Melts better and gives an authentic taste.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Adds aroma and flavor.
  • to taste Salt Enhances overall flavor.
  • to taste Black pepper Enhances overall flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients: heavy cream, unsalted butter, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter, stirring gently to avoid browning.
  • Once the butter is melted, slowly add the heavy cream while stirring continuously. Heat until warm, but do not let it boil.
  • Gradually whisk in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce is smooth. Stir for about 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash more cream to reach your desired consistency.
  • Remove from heat and pour the sauce over your favorite cooked pasta. Toss gently to coat evenly and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
