  • 1 cup mayonnaise Use high-quality mayonnaise for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for better flavor.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is recommended.

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese until fully incorporated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and adjust acidity with more lemon juice if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve over salads or as a dip for vegetables.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
