  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for better flavor.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is recommended.

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese until fully incorporated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and adjust acidity with more lemon juice if desired.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve over salads or as a dip for vegetables.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
