- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and sear for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Add the dried thyme and paprika. Let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Let it heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the creamy garlic butter chicken on plates and garnish with fresh parsley.

This dish pairs wonderfully with rice, pasta, or crusty bread. For extra flavor, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
