Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Main protein in the dish.
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix Adds flavor to the dish.
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup Adds creaminess to the sauce.
  • 1 cup Chicken broth Keeps the chicken moist.
  • 1 cup Sour cream Adds tanginess and creaminess.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese Melts beautifully and adds flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until well combined.
  • Pour the ranch mixture over the seasoned chicken, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and return it to the slow cooker.
  • Stir in the sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined and let heat through for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
