Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 bulb garlic roasted
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, optional garnish
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded, optional topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the top off garlic bulb to expose cloves.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and place on baking sheet. Roast for 35–40 minutes until soft and golden.
  3. Cool slightly, then squeeze cloves from skins into mixing bowl.
  4. Add cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  5. Stir in Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  6. (Optional) Transfer to oven-safe dish, sprinkle with mozzarella, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve with bread, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor. For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Serve warm or at room temperature.
