- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the top off garlic bulb to expose cloves.
- Drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and place on baking sheet. Roast for 35–40 minutes until soft and golden.
- Cool slightly, then squeeze cloves from skins into mixing bowl.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- (Optional) Transfer to oven-safe dish, sprinkle with mozzarella, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor. For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Serve warm or at room temperature.
