- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, drained artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving with dippers.
Notes
Use fresh spinach for the best flavor. If using frozen spinach, ensure it is thawed and drained well to avoid excess moisture.
