- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs. Dip each shrimp in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer and spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Air fry the shrimp for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the crispy shrimp hot with the homemade Sriracha mayo for dipping.
