Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wings Separated into flats and drumettes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Helps seasoning stick and adds flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For savory flavor
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Adds depth to flavor
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika For a smoky taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt Enhances flavors
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper For a bit of heat
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper Optional for extra heat
  • fresh parsley, chopped For garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, combine the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once golden brown and crispy, remove the wings from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving platter.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, consider using a light coating of baking powder in the seasoning mix.
