Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Chickpeas 15 oz, drained and rinsed.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Helps seasonings stick and adds healthy fat.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For savory flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika Adds a smoky taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin For warm, earthy flavor.
  • to taste Salt Essential for flavor enhancement.
  • to taste Pepper Adds a little kick.

Method
 

  1. Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dried chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chickpeas from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
