Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to help the seasoning stick and promote crispiness.
  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Chop fresh dill if using; otherwise, use dried dill.
  • Brush the olive oil mixture generously over each salmon fillet, ensuring full coverage.
  • Place the seasoned salmon fillets skin-side down on a prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • In the last 2 minutes of baking, sprinkle chopped fresh dill over the salmon.
  • Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for a minute before serving.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
