Method
- Cut the salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to coat.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth to make the bang bang sauce.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned salmon cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Alternatively, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C), line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and bake the salmon bites for 10-12 minutes until flaky.
- Once cooked, toss the salmon bites in the bang bang sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
These salmon bites are versatile; feel free to adjust the spice level in the bang bang sauce to your liking.
