Ingredients
  

Salmon Bites

  • 1.5 pounds Salmon fillets Skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For coating the salmon.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Adds flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Adds flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika Adds a smoky flavor.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper To taste.

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise Base for the sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet chili sauce Adds sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Adjust to taste for spiciness.
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice Adds acidity.
  • to taste Chopped green onions For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to coat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth. Set aside.
  • Arrange the seasoned salmon pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the salmon bites for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and slightly crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving.
  • Serve the salmon bites with the bang bang sauce and garnish with chopped green onions.
