Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese preferably low-fat
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried herbs oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Equipment

  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • wire rack

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet using a spoon or small ice cream scoop. Space them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet. Cool chips completely on a rack for maximum crunch. Try flavor variations like paprika, taco seasoning, or fresh herbs.
