- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet using a spoon or small ice cream scoop. Space them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet. Cool chips completely on a rack for maximum crunch. Try flavor variations like paprika, taco seasoning, or fresh herbs.
