Ingredients
  

  • 800 g Small potatoes Washed and halved for even cooking.
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil Helps achieve a crispy exterior.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Finely chopped for robust flavor.
  • 50 g Freshly grated Parmesan cheese Adds savory, cheesy goodness.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano For a hint of herbal flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Gives a lovely color and mild kick.
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances all the flavors.
  • 1 pinch Pepper Adds a touch of warmth.
  • to taste Fresh parsley For garnishing and a pop of color.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 220 °C (428 °F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash the small potatoes thoroughly under cold water, then cut them in half and place them in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the finely chopped garlic and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the halved potatoes, then sprinkle with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the garlic and Parmesan mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the coated potatoes on the baking sheet, cut side down, and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
