- Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and cut them into fry-shaped pieces, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each zucchini fry in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the breaded zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil.
- Cook the zucchini fries for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
